Terms & Condition
These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Sahara Electronics. By availing any of our services, the customer agrees to comply with the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Sahara Electronics provides repair and maintenance services for electronic appliances, including but not limited to:
- LED/LCD/Smart TV Repair
- PCB Repair
- Microwave Oven Repair
- Induction Cooktop Repair
- Home Theater Repair
- Other household electronic devices
All services are subject to technical feasibility and product condition.
2. Inspection & Diagnosis
- Every device is subject to inspection and fault diagnosis before repair.
- Inspection or diagnosis charges, if applicable, will be informed in advance.
- The final repair cost will be communicated only after proper inspection.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Repair charges depend on the nature of the fault, labor, and cost of spare parts.
- Prices quoted after inspection are final unless additional faults are discovered.
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
- Advance payment may be required for high-value parts or special repairs.
4. Spare Parts & Replacement
- Sahara Electronics uses standard or compatible quality spare parts.
- Replaced spare parts may be returned to the customer upon request.
- Warranty on spare parts, if any, will be limited to the manufacturer’s terms.
5. Service Warranty
- Warranty, if provided, applies only to the repaired or replaced part.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power fluctuations, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Warranty duration will be clearly mentioned on the invoice or service bill.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding device issues and prior repairs.
- Devices must be collected within the informed time after repair completion.
- Sahara Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or late pickup.
7. No Performance Guarantee
- Complete performance restoration is not guaranteed for old, heavily damaged, or previously repaired devices.
- In some cases, repairs may be temporary, which will be communicated beforehand.
8. Data & Privacy Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair.
- Sahara Electronics is not liable for data loss, corruption, or leakage during the repair process.
- Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Inspection charges are non-refundable once inspection is completed.
- Repairs cannot be cancelled after work has started or parts have been ordered.
- No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
10. Liability Limitation
- Sahara Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the repair service provided.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Sahara Electronics reserves the right to refuse service for devices that are severely damaged, unsafe, or beyond repair.
12. Changes to Terms
Sahara Electronics reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
